The maximum speed limit reduction of 90 to 80 km/h on the secondary road network in France were announced on Tuesday 9 January 2018 at the end of an interdepartmental Committee of road safety.
On the French scene, the debate is heated but for ISOSIGN the motto is to be at the service of the State and its customers to meet the needs in terms of road safety.

That's what hope the Government which announced Tuesday 9 January 2018 the implementation of this measure, which will be effective as of July 1 2018.
The measure concerns two-way roads whose ways are not separated by a security gate, that represents about 400.000 km of secondary roads.
