The ISOTEXT panel meets this need with ease thanks to letters to be dragged into guide rails fixed on the front face. The entire message is no longer editable once "locked" by a discreet bar on the side that prevents the letters from leaving the panel.
So as not to be damaged, after use, the letters are stored in a briefcase provided for this purpose. The panel can be installed on a folding wheeled support to be deployed effortlessly upstream of the construction site.
